1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all serviceable locations across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a specified value, as communicated on the website from time to time.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and courier details. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier partner's website.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery fails after 3 attempts due to an incorrect address, unavailability of recipient, or refusal to accept, the package will be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply and refunds will not be issued for shipping costs already incurred.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, take clear photographs immediately and contact us at help@shaikhalarab.shop within 48 hours of delivery.
  • If your shipment is lost in transit, contact us and we will raise a complaint with the courier partner on your behalf.

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. SHAIKH AL ARAB is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
