At SHAIKH AL ARAB, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before placing an order on www.shaikhalarab.shop.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests only under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- The item received is incorrect (wrong product sent by us).
- The return request is raised within 7 days of the delivery date.
We do not accept returns for the following reasons:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Dislike of fragrance after opening
- Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with
- Items without original packaging or seal
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at help@shaikhalarab.shop within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your Order ID, description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.
Please do not return any item without first receiving written approval from us. Unapproved returns will not be processed.
3. Refund Process
- If the return is approved, a refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
- It may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
4. Replacements
In cases of damaged or incorrect items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error, we will bear the return shipping cost.
- In all other approved cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Email us immediately at help@shaikhalarab.shop with your Order ID. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.
7. Non-Refundable Items
- Shipping and handling charges
- Gift wrapping or customisation charges
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale
